Terms of Service

By downloading, accessing, or using the TinyThink mobile application or website ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use TinyThink, you agree to these Terms on behalf of your child and are responsible for their use of the Service.

TinyThink provides educational games and learning activities designed for children ages 3–10. The Service includes age-based learning paths, reward systems, Parent Zone controls, and optional Premium subscription features. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the Service.

Parents or legal guardians must create and manage accounts for children under 13. You must provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including purchases and Parent Zone settings.

TinyThink offers optional Premium subscriptions with monthly and yearly billing options. Prices are displayed in the app and may vary by region. • Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by TinyThink. • Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase. • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. • You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings. • Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google store policies. Contact support@tinythink.app for billing assistance. Free trial offers, if available, convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.

You agree to use TinyThink only for lawful, personal, and educational purposes. You may not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app. • Use the Service to collect data about other users. • Circumvent Parent Zone controls, premium locks, or security features. • Upload or transmit harmful, inappropriate, or illegal content. • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission. • Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without written consent. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

All content in TinyThink—including games, characters, graphics, audio, text, and software—is owned by TinyThink or its licensors and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Your use of TinyThink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described there.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TinyThink is an educational tool and does not guarantee specific learning outcomes. Screen time and app usage should be supervised by parents or guardians according to their family's preferences and healthcare guidance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TINYTHINK AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTIONS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
